Buendía is an app by Doble Falta SpA (Chile). This page explains what data the app and the site touch, and what happens to it.

The app

• Buendía does not collect your data. It has no accounts, it sends nothing to our servers or anyone else's, and it uses no advertising or analytics.
• What the app stores —your blocks, your goal, your streak— stays only on your phone.
• Screen Time: Buendía uses Apple's Screen Time tools to block the apps you choose and to show you how you used your phone. That information is processed inside your phone and never leaves it.
• Steps: if you allow it (Motion & Fitness), Buendía reads your steps from the phone's motion sensor.
• Health: if you allow it, Buendía reads your workouts and your Mindful Minutes from Health. It only reads them: it writes nothing to Health.
• Your steps and your Health data are used only to show you what you did while you were blocking. They do not leave your phone and are never used for advertising.
• Purchases: if you subscribe to Buendía Plus, Apple processes the payment. Buendía never sees your card or your payment details.
• Deleting: you can delete everything from Ajustes › Borrar todos mis datos (the app's interface is in Spanish), or by removing the app.

The site (getbuendia.com)

• If you leave your email for the beta, we store it together with the language, the campaign or site you came from, and the version of the page you saw. We use it only to write to you about Buendía and to learn which version of the site works better. To have it deleted, reply to any of our emails.
• For each visit we record the page, the language, which site or campaign you came from, your country (approximate, based on the network) and the version of the page you saw. We do not store your IP address or any data about your browser, and we use no cookies.
• The site stores one single preference in your browser: that you dismissed the language notice.
